We provide flexible, turnkey solutions for faith-based, corporate, military, government, educational, nonprofit, private, and community clients—combining technical expertise, creative vision, and personalized service to make every event impactful.

Meet the CEO & Founder
Kelcey McDonald is professionally known as DJ Conviction and has founded and led Conviction Audio Visual LLC since 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Engineering Technology and a Master of Public Administration. His career combines technical production, live performance, entertainment leadership, event management, education, and community engagement. A DJ since 1998 and a military member since 2004, he has executed more than 2500 events across 21 countries and brings an international, multicultural perspective to production and entertainment. He can operate across technical and creative disciplines, allowing him to understand an event from multiple perspectives — from the stage and control position to the audience experience and overall mission.
